Fall-Mosa Cocktail Recipe

Capture the flavors of fall in a delicious cocktail that's perfect for sipping in front of a bonfire. This Fall-Mosa is a take on a Mimosa, but infused with apple, maple, ginger, and spices.


Serving size: 1 drink

  • 1/2 cup apple cider

  • 3 oz. ginger beer

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Dash of nutmeg

  • 1 tsp. maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup Prosecco

  • Sugar and apple (optional garnishes)


Combine the cider, ginger beer, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass.

Top the glass off with Prosecco and enjoy!

Optional: Line the rim of the glass with sugar and cinnamon before pouring your drink and top with an apple slice.

Make It a Mocktail

Substitute the Prosecco for your fave non-alcoholic sparkling wine and use non-alcoholic ginger beer.

This cocktail is so delicious. It combines warm flavors in a fizzy and refreshing drink that will have you going back for a second glass. (We sure did!) You can even prepare the drink in a large batch for a party! Just have your guests top their own glasses of the apple cider mixture with Prosecco.
